Get connected, find community

Connection Groups are small groups where adults connect through fellowship, friendship, and faith journeys. Group discussion is based on content from the current worship series, allowing sermon topics to take root in a deeper way in the lives of participants. Groups generally meet for a 5-8 week session three times a year.

spring 2018 SERIES: When you grow up

Weeks of April 8 through May 13

What does it mean to truly grow up? Does it just mean to get a job and learn to sacrifice and pay bills and be on time? Or does it mean something deeper - something more akin to learning wisdom? We each desire the best for the generation(s) that come after us. We want to them to be wise and make choices that are good for them and for our society. We want them to follow Jesus. And yet, we still like to joke that we don’t know who we want to be when we grow up. When Jesus invites us to become like little children, he doesn’t intend for us to stay there. Instead, he wants us to become mature in wisdom. He wants us to grow up, the right way. He wants us to become more like Jesus. This series invites you to discover biblical wisdom for a more grown-up life.
