In Sunday School, mid-week small groups, and dozens of special events throughout the year, students gather together to make friends, have fun, and learn God’s principles for making wise decisions in their lives and relationships.

Churchwide COVID-19 Updates

Churchwide COVID-19 Updates

Thank you for your faithfulness and participation in our church family as we navigate this unique challenge.

Mission Trip

JJ and Ira Landry suffered unthinkable loss in 2016. Their story was one of many in the flood-ravished Baton Rouge community, where St. Andrew students served on their annual mission trip.

Camp Impact

Friends, worship, plus a whole lotta mud make Camp Impact a blast for campers and volunteers alike.

Annual Events

On campus, in our community, and far beyond the church walls, St. Andrew Student Ministry provides the chance to grow in community and serve Christ on special trips. These annual events – Ski Trip, Middle School Retreat, Mission Trip, and Camp Impact – help our students come together and live out our mission.

Sunday School

Holly will be teaching the Sunday School lesson on our Youtube channel at 9:30 AM. This a pre-recorded video, but it will “premiere” at 9:30 AM with a chat box so everyone can view at the same time and ask questions or comment along with the lesson.

Students grades 6-12 meet every Sunday morning from 9:45-10:30 a.m. Middle schoolers also meet from 11:00 to noon. Curriculum includes a video and Bible study discussion. All students start in a large group gathering and then break into small groups.

Lighthouse will have Zoom meetings at 7:00 PM for each individual Lighthouse group. Those meetings codes will be posted weekly on the Students Instagram Stories.

Lighthouse Groups are small groups of students who come together and meet on a weekly basis. The groups are led by student leaders in their homes and they all meet at 7 p.m. They are structured on growing in relationships together as well their personal relationship with Christ. Groups meet on Sunday and Wednesday nights.

Four Twelve | Middle School

412 will also be a pre-recorded video by Melissa on YouTube at 5:30 PM. We will then have a Zoom discussion group at 6:00 PM. Zoom Code: 981-9182-3359  Password: SAUMC412

Sundays, 5:30 p.m.-7:00 p.m.
412 is our weekly youth group for all Middle School students (6th-8th grade). The group centers around 1 Timothy 4:12“Don’t let anyone think less of you because you are young. Be an example to all believers in what you say, in the way you live, in your love, your faith, and your purity.”

We host of a variety of events, including themed parties, competition games, and outings to trampoline parks and climbing gyms. Our goal is to make St. Andrew a home – a place that is comfortable and where our students want to bring their friends. Dinner is always provided. On occasion, we ask for a small donation to cover costs.
